Wasabi Butter "In the Saveur Kitchen"

Grate the wasabi to make 2 Tbs.
Wrap in plastic and set aside for 5 - 10 minutes for flavors to develop.
Mix together with 4 Tbs. Softened butter
Season to taste with salt. Makes about 1/3 cup.
May be added to your favorite hors d' overs or meat rub.
