Wasabi Gourmet Seafood Salad (Serves 4)
7 oz Pacific Farms Wasabi Asian Ranch
1 Head of lettuce, finely chopped
3 Stalks of celery, sliced
4 oz Crab meat
1/2 lb. Cocktail shrimp
2 Boiled eggs (yolk removed), chopped
Mix ingredients in large bowl and chill for at least one hour. Serve over whole lettuce leaves.
